As with any new thing I learn, I’m really excited about this… I made bagels! Real, delicious, WARM cinnamon-raisin bagels. They are just like any bagels I could have bought at the store, except with the added benefit of having been just about free (we bought a TON of flour earlier in the year, and I’m working through it… that’s why you have so many pictures of delectable breadstuffs to look at throughout this blog).
n.b. The recipe says “Bread Machine Bagels” but all of the combining/kneading was, as always, done by hand! mmhmm.
